1. USER INFORMATION

Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
UNIÓN ESPAÑOLA FOTOVOLTAICA is the CONTROLLER of the processing of the USER's personal data and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD).

Why do we process your personal data and for what purpose?
Depending on the form in which we have obtained your personal data, we will process it confidentially for the following purposes:

  • In the Contact form
    • To respond to inquiries or any type of request made by the user through any of the contact forms available on the controller’s website (based on the legitimate interest of the controller, Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
    • To send commercial communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks, or any other current or future electronic or physical means that enables commercial communication. These communications will be made by the controller and related to its products and services, or those of its partners or suppliers with whom it has signed promotional agreements. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data (based on the consent of the data subject, Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
    • To perform statistical analysis and market research (based on the legitimate interest of the controller, Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
  • In the Volunteering Registration form
    • To manage the volunteer registration through the various programs carried out by the organization (based on the consent of the data subject, Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
  • In the Newsletter form
    • To send newsletters, updates, offers, and online promotions (based on the consent of the data subject, Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

How long will we keep your personal data?
Data will be retained no longer than necessary for the purpose of the processing or as long as legal obligations require their storage. Once it is no longer necessary, the data will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure anonymization or complete destruction.

To whom do we disclose your personal data?
No data transfers to third parties are planned, except where necessary for the development and execution of processing purposes, to service providers with whom the CONTROLLER has signed confidentiality and data processor agreements required by current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?
The USER has the following rights:

  • Right to withdraw consent at any time.
  • Right of access, rectification, portability, and erasure of personal data, and to restrict or object to processing.
  • Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

By checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or download forms, USERS expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary to fulfill their request by the provider, and that the inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is true and is responsible for communicating any changes to it.

The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary for providing an optimal service to the USER. If not all data is provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services provided will fully meet your needs.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

In accordance with current regulations on the protection of personal data, the CONTROLLER complies with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and clearly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, by which data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that appropriate technical and organizational policies have been implemented to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has provided them with the necessary information to exercise these rights.
